The top O-ring is positioned for single-ended o-ring style compatible toys while the lower position O-ring is perfect for double ended and strapless strap-on toys.
TIP: To use the Duo as a pack n' play o-ring style, simply insert the shaft through the bottom O-Ring position so the shaft hangs in between the legs. Then when ready, slide into the upper O-Ring position for play!
